RETURN POLICY

Criteria to return an item:

Return must be logged within 14 days of item being delivered. The item is in a re-sellable condition. The item being returned qualifies for return (any damage made to garment upon receipt of garment such as holes, tears, incorrect sizing based on size that was ordered, foreign markings etc.) The item is in its original packaging, with labels attached.

Non-returnable items:

Underwear, Swimwear with detached hygiene strips. Please note: Custom made and made-to-order items are not refundable but we are happy to repair or alter these item(s) if they have quality or sizing issues.

Delivery of returnable goods:

Tiger Lilly Activewear will pay for all of the *delivery costs for all returnable goods to and from the original delivery destination premises that are within all major city centers in South Africa. Tiger Lilly Activewear will pay for half of the *delivery costs for all returnable goods to and from the original delivery destination premises that are based in the outskirts of South Africa. Tiger Lilly Activewear is not responsible for delivery costs for international returnable goods. *Delivery costs are covered at standard average market rates, and for normal delivery times. Expedited rates not covered by Tiger Lilly Activewear.

Exchanges must be logged within 14 days of item being delivered. The item is in a re-sellable condition. The item being exchanged qualifies for an exchange. The item is in its original packaging, with labels attached.

Non-exchangeable items:

Underwear that have been worn. Swimwear with detached hygiene strips.
